Building muscles in the right places and the right proportions is an ongoing process requiring time and commitment. My program has been running since the creation of the Figure category.

Bikini is one of the fastest-growing categories in the fitness. Competitors should have modest amounts of muscle and are judged on their lean and firm physique scored on proportion, symmetry, baland, shape and skin tone. My program is focused to help you build the X factor that resembles the hourglass; the right emphasis on your hamstrings and glutes, shoulder proportion, slim waist, aesthetic back, arms and routine that reflects you.

Men’s Physique

The Men’s Physique program is a combination of muscularity and conditioning. My program is designed to build the right symmetry giving you the V shape from with muscularity in the shoulders downward to a lean waist with tight angles and definition in your abdominal area.
